What we collect

The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Visitor statistics are collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregate page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or personal identifiers.

If you email us, we hold your name, email address, and the content of your message for as long as the conversation and any resulting engagement require, and for no other purpose.

Third parties

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and LinkedIn take you to those services, whose own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, or object to its use. Write to aaron@smith-advisors.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
